Irrewarra Sourdough is a unique, local artisan food manufacturer. The Bakery and Vineyard was started by John and Bronwynne Calvert who were passionate about great food and wine. John’s family have lived in the Colac region since 1842.
Irrewarra produces amazingly delicious products – sourdough bread, granola, biscuits and wine – in a friendly team environment. Employees help to make the products each day. Our new bakery, built in 2018 is a great place to work. All training is provided.
Work at the bakery particularly suits:
– Students wanting part time work after school, on weekends and in the holidays
– GAP year students needing to earn money before university or for travel
– School leavers wanting full time work or an apprenticeship in the food industry
– The Bakery supplies stores all over Australia including fresh food stores, IGAs, Woolworths and Coles
